Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day (except made to order items where times are indicated on their pages) same day if ordered before 9.15 am, by Royal Mail Tracked.
Saturday delivery is available for express orders by Special Delivery, but only if we are notified in advance, so please message before buying.
Dispatch days are Mon-Fri.

Overseas parcels will be sent by International Tracked air mail but parcels can not exceed 600mm on a single side and Length + width + height: less than 900mm. For overseas orders for large items please contact us.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 plus £2.00 
• Special Delivery/Courier next working day £8.45

Returns

Any items returned must be in original condition with all tags attached within 30days.
We will notify you upon receipt and the appropriate refund will be authorised as per the Distance Seller Regulations.
